Senior Accountant

A world renowned Gaming / Media based organisation based in the heart of the West end is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant. The role is a great entry level role into a fast paced dynamic organisation. The role will focus on month end, financial reporting and business partnering with the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities;

You will lead the processes required for monthly financial reporting and will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including the annual audit.

This role is responsible for Group accounting and reporting specifically relating to the Marketing functional area as directed by the Financial Control Lead.

The role will also involve assisting with corporate accounting, regulatory filings, statutory reporting and compliance with any regulatory framework (such as S-Ox or the Group accounting policies) for different entities. These roles report directly to the Lead of Financial Control.

The successful candidate will be...

• ACCA / CIMA Qualified or international equivalent
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office applications especially Excel.
• Good numerical and statistical skills.
• Works autonomously and is a good team player.
• Flexibility to travel on business meetings to different offices and pro activeness to work in a multi-cultural team in different locations
