A high growth FTSE 250 technology business are looking for an ambitious Finance Director to lead UK operations and strategically advise upcoming expansion into EMEA and North America. Reporting in to the CEO and managing a large team (circa 25), there will be a huge emphasis on the ability to offer key strategic advice and analysis to facilitate this growth.
Alongside the day to day running of the finance team, the FD will be constantly striving to implement processes and improve efficiencies across the group. There will be regular contact with multiple non finance teams providing high level financial advice ensuring key targets are met and the FD will become a trusted advisor to the CEO on all business matters. Due to the fast paced nature of the industry, the FD will need to adapt to the pressures of an ever evolving market and product on a global basis.
The FD will have a strong technical background (ACA qualified would be advantageous) coupled with at least 5 years' experience within a commercially focused finance role and proven track record of developing finance functions across multiple geographies. Experience of working in a Technology/Online business is preferred. Salary £130k + Benefits
