Commercial Finance Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to become a Commercial Finance Manager within a listed business in the heart of Essex. The client concentrates on providing the highest quality and is focused on delivering the absolute finest product to its customers.

Currently seeing high growth our client has created this role to be the lead financial head for the region and be a key member of the senior management team. Reporting into the Finance Director you will have significant ownership in working closely with the Development, Commercial and Sales Teams.

Our client actively promotes internal progression so this role will come with the ability to progress within the Group.

The role:-
-Prepare and present various financial reporting for the region
-Review and report on sales and marketing budgets
-Financial planning and modelling to enhance project performance
-Provide various analysis and provide commercial recommendations
-Forecast project cashflow
-Act as a mind FD for the region
-Challenge the various divisions at all levels

The candidate:-
-Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
-Relevant experience in a senior commercial position
- A construction / house building background would be advantageous as would someone trained in practice
-Detailed knowledge of financial and management accounting
-Advanced Excel user
-Effective communicator at all levels
