Merger And Acquisitions Project Manager – West London – £500-£600 per day – 12 month contract

Global manufacturing business dedicated to the supply of high performance technologies and components. 

The business, which is headquartered in London, is a leader in its chosen markets with rapidly growing sales supported by its extensive R&D and manufacturing capabilities. In a period of significant merger and acquisition activity the role will be reporting to the M&A Director and you will assist with a number of disposals and potential acquisitions, forming a key part of the execution team which will involve close liaison with the various businesses Directors, the Director for M&A and divisional FD.

The ideal M&A Project Manager should:

Be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

Be from a transaction services or corporate finance background

Have extensive M&A experience (disposal experience is a must)

Have in depth Financial modelling and valuations experience

Have experience in the Manufacturing or specialist Engineering sectors

The contract will be a minimum of 12 months and will involve regular international travel. The role is offered on either a FTC basis or an equivalent day rate of between £500-£600.
