Are you currently part of an organization that is stagnant, not growing and you constantly feel like you are putting out fires on a day to day basis?

This Group, based in Leicestershire is looking for a Group Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis during an exciting time while the business grows and acquires new businesses.
Your role will involve a lot of variation on a day to day basis.
You will be getting involved in consolidation of group accounts, putting together board packs, management accounts, liaising with external and internal colleagues, including operations, audits, HMRC, banks etc. The business loves to look at ways in which they can make savings so you will be looking at cash flow models and costings. Managing a great social busy and hard working team, you will get involved in monitoring performance and encouraging improvements where possible.
My client is looking for someone with strong controls, who has worked for large groups and has done the consolidation process to Group.
They are looking for someone who is fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and happy with all types of industries but desirably from fast paced companies with multi-sites.
The salary for this role is £70-80k depending on experience with some great additional benefits.
