Financial Controller

An established and fast growing facilities company continues to expand and evolve into new markets whilst maintaining a loyal and respected client base. Due to demand and growth opportunities, a newly created Financial Controller position is available for a forwarding thinking finance professional.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will suit a CCAB or CIMA qualified professional who has gained hands on experience in all areas of the finance function from purchase/sales ledger to payroll management to cash management and finance reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain control of HP finance and accounts

Maintain property accounts

Credit control and liaise with clients

Liaise with insurers regarding insurance

Prepare and maintain contract forecasting

Prepare contract summaries

Reports and liaise with Bank and submit reports

Liaise with IT and coordinate the implementation of new IT systems

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate lead finance experience, in addition candidates from the construction, property or building services are encouraged to apply. The position provides progression to Director Level in the future and initially provides an above market salary and benefits package.
