Senior Finance Business Partner

Robert Half Search & Selection has been engaged by one of the UK's leading Private Equity Houses, to place a newly created Senior Finance Business Partner (Projects) to head up a business change and process realisation & effectiveness.

The Role

As Senior Finance Business Partner responsible for Projects, you will be responsible for driving business change on an individual basis, while also managing and coordinating a project team, disseminating change across finance & none finance teams.

The key requirements of the role are:
 

• Working with the business and other finance teams to deliver improved management reporting, providing more relevant information to help the business make more effective decision processes
• Engagement across the business - Interacting with Board, Line and Teams
• Leading projects on a structured and ad-hoc basis. Time management and Planning of Project delivery schedule
• Responsible for delivering an evolving service, looking at the opportunities for improving the finance partnering model and level of internal customer service
  Processes & Procedures improvements
• Systems improvement
• Management of Month End processes and the team producing (team of 4)
• Cash-flow Management
• Organisational integration and harmonisation
• Due Diligence
• Presenting future acquisitions to the board

Your Profile

Qualified Accounting Professional with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with exposure to project implementation and delivery.

Previous experience having worked in an organisation with robust controls and an effective business partnering model will be an advantage - experience of taking change to an internal audience and communicating the effectiveness of finance reaching out to the wider business.

Salary

In order to attract the best talent in the marketplace, my client is keen to stress that in addition with the £41,000 to £47,000 Basic Salary, there is a Car Allowance, Bonus & Pension
