Not to be confused with a Financial Planning & Analysis role this is a truly Commercial Finance role Business Partnering Operational, Marketing, Brand, Sales and Product Development Directors.

Managing a team of Part and Qualified Commercial Accountants this role has a strong and varied blend of Strategic Planning, Business Case Analysis, Business Partnering, Investment Analysis, Commercial Contract Review and Insight Analysis. Removed from the day to day reporting grind this role has a genuine and pivotal impact on company strategic direction, enhancement and performance.
We are interested in speaking with experienced commercial accountants (Degree educated and with at least two years plus post qualified experience) ideally from a Retail or FMCG background to join this fantastic fast paced FMCG business who own a number of household power brands.

*Sound commercial mind set with the ability to really understand key business drivers and commercial decision making.
*The ability to lead, motivate, coach and inspire a team whilst influencing the wider business.
*A progressive career to date and the bandwidth to progress within the business.
*A sound academic background including degree and professional qualification, ACA, CIMA or ACCA.
