Senior Finance Analyst

Are you a Finance Analyst looking for an opportunity to build effective business partnering relationships with a wide range of stakeholders where you can influence decisions within a fast paced leading retail business ?

This role will give you lots of visibility and provides an amazing opportunity to deliver insightful analysis and drive decision making on all financial aspects.

You will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with advanced problem solving skills coupled with strong analytical and presentation skills. As a strong communicator you will be able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Accurate accounting of Gross Profit for the regions and brands
• Building relationships across the business to understand the impacts of all activities
• Leading the month end process
• Challenging existing processes and procedures and partnering with the business to implement change
• Owning the weekly and monthly reporting requirements for the Region
• Managing, coaching and directing 1 direct report to help them achieve their personal objectives
