Senior Finance Business Partner

Due to the phenomenal growth and investment of this major UK & International consumer brand, an exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Finance Business Partner to help them achieve their expansion goals by providing constructive financial challenge and insightful analysis.

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), with proven experience gained in a commercial finance business partnering role.

In this high profile role you will have the gravitas and credibility to influence at board level.

Strong analytical and forecasting skills, along with Excel modelling and presentation skills are also qualities you will possess.

We are looking for an engaging personality who is able to challenge key stakeholders and get the point across in layman's terms. It's imperative that you are able to relate to non-finance and view things though a customer focus lens.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Support stakeholders with insightful and reliable financial analysis to underpin business cases and other strategic and tactical investment decisions.
• Anticipate issues that will impact and recommend options to the Finance Director for presentation to the Board of Directors.
• Provide high quality information to Functional Directors to allow them to understand performance. Develop processes so that all regular reporting can be delivered in a standardised and highly automated manner from BI tools.
• Act as a true business partner providing financial insight to support critical business decisions.
• Support stakeholders to deliver on ROI targets and project milestones.
