A qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Financial Controller is sought by this growing division of a FTSE listed business based in Bedfordshire.As Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:
* Management of a small team
* Production of accurate and timely divisional management information
* Management of statutory reporting in accordance with FRS101
* Managing relationships with auditors and external advisors
* Compliance with HMRC reporting requirements and tax filings
* Management of cash-flow reporting
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong technical background and relevant post qualification experience gained in industry.
