Financial Controller

Your new company.
A rapidly growing, PE Backed business with a turnover of £200 million are recruiting. This group have a reputation for offering excellent service and the best standards. They are continuing to grow and develop and have ambitious plans for 2017 / 2018. Based in smart central offices, they are based next to the train line and are very accessible. Reporting to a highly thought of charismatic Finance Director, this is multi site business.

Your new role
You will manage the financial reporting and compliance for a multi site organisation.
Lead and manage a team of 6 people
Prepare and co -ordinate the year end statutory accounts and consolidate
Manage budgets and enhance performance of the group
Set and manage the financial reporting
Work with the senior finance business partner to develop and enhance the reporting
Liaise with the internal audit team
Review multi-sets of management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Cash flow management
Banking / treasury
VAT

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an ACCA / CIMA or ACA qualified Financial Controller with experience from a medium to large sized enterprise. £80 to £250 million.
Successful team management leadership and staff development
A strong team player, with strong communication skills .

What you'll get in return.
Salary level £70,000 to £80,000. Excellent benefits package, including . Bonus of up to 5%, and pension up to 15%.
