A FTSE listed retail business in Central London is looking for a Group Accountant to join their team for 6 months.
The business is going through a period of significant change and the successful applicant to be involved with a number of exciting projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly group accounts under IFRS
- Multi-currency group consolidation
- Analysis of monthly management reporting for the EMEA Group’s operations
- Preparation of Quarter/Full Year Financial Reporting Package for Group
- Provide accounting support and guidance to all Business Units for EMEA region
- Preparation of UK entity financial statements under IFRS
- Assistance with Transfer Pricing policy
- Management and improvement of group consolidation system (Hyperion Financial Manager)
Requirements:
- Fully qualified ACA (or equivalent) Accountant
- 3 + year industry experience
- Extensive IFRS experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Motivated self starter with the ability communicate complex financial information to both finance and operational stakeholders in the business
