MI Analyst

SF Group are recruiting now for a MI Analyst in Nottingham city centre. This is an exciting role working within a PLC firm that occupy smart, modern offices in the heart of Nottingham (commutable via public transport). We are looking for a candidate with a working knowledge of data analysis work and the provision of management information in a commercial environment. This is an exciting business, based in between Nottingham and Derby, and within this role you will get exposure right up to board level, and you will be involved in a very varied and interesting array of tasks. This role is well suited to somebody who has at least 12 months experience in a similar role.

• Data manipulation and updating of data sets ensuring validity and accuracy of data sets
• Analysis of data to asses trends and provide insight into influencing factors
• Reporting key number to internal stake holders in a clear and concise format
• Reporting numbers to internal stakeholders, up to board level
• Continual development of existing reports to increase efficiency and validity
• Adhoc project work supporting the management team

You will need to fulfil:

• Strong Excel including; VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups
• Good basic finance understanding including; interrogation of P&L balance sheets, cash flow
• 12-18 months experience in a similar role

Your new package will include:

• A salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience
• Working hours of 09:00 til 17:00 Monday to Friday
