Finance Director

Client
My client is a London residential developer that is well funded and expanding. With a number of large sites in operation they are looking for a strategic Finance Director who has experience of the residential development sector, as well as a track record of raising finance, to join this dynamic and growing business.

Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is a hands on commercial finance role and will involve significant interface with all aspects of the business.

Duties will include:

• Secure development finance for new projects
• Manage the cashflow for the group
• Attend and report with the Managing Director at Quarterly board meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with shareholders
• Responsibility for several statutory accounts and the filing of annual tax returns
• Understand and challenge the group tax structure, assumptions and the tax structure of corporate transactions
• Manage the profit forecasting system
• Manage the quarterly management reporting process

Person

• You will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record of raising development finance
• You will be hands on with experience of working in a highly skilled commercial environment within the residential development sector

Offer
£150,000 plus attractive bonus, car and benefits.
