I am currently recruiting for a well respected property company based in London who are looking to add to their client accounting team.
This role will suit either an experienced client accountant, with come knowledge of service charge OR an accountant currently working in practice looking to make a move over to industry.
A brief summary of tasks include;
- Budgeting and forecasting including trend analysis
- P&L reporting
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packs including detailed variance analysis and commentary
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing statutory accounts
