Immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk required to join a friendly but well-respected SME conveniently located within walking distance of Kingston train station. With the benefit of working within newly designed offices you will head up the day to day accounts payable duties including matching, batching & coding invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations and resolving any queries in relation to these processes efficiently. Applicants must be able to demonstrate recent purchase ledger experience and as this is a temporary assignment initially, candidates must be immediately available . You must have:
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
- A can-do attitude with a problem solving approach
- A self- sufficient nature, able to work solely as well as part of a team
- Good IT skills
