Partner Financial are working with a well-known Leisure and Hospitality Group based in Central London. With the business in an exciting period of growth, the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis will support the Chief Financial Officer, Group Financial Controller and Brand Directors with the strategy across the UK.

You will be responsible for establishing the framework to enable greater alignment between finance and operational management. You will be a results driven, strategic leader who is able to work in a fast paced, ever changing, collaborative environment.

This position is a crucial role within the finance team and would suit an individual who can lead the business partnership team and provide meaningful, insightful analysis on all brand related matters. The ability to foster and embed a culture of continuous improvement and automation in all financial reporting elements of the business is essential.

Key Deliverables

  • Engagement of senior business stakeholders in all financial planning and reporting
  • Lead the teams responsible for business partnership and forward planning
  • Production, interpretation and detailed variance analysis of the monthly management accounts
  • Provide insight and analysis to support the decision making process
  • End to end production of the annual budgets, monthly corporate reforecasting and long term business plan
  • Responsible for reviewing the daily, weekly KPI reporting and monthly reporting produced by the team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Experience within Retail, Leisure or Hospitality is essential
  • Experience of working with cross functional teams in a multisite business
  • Strong track record in financial planning and analysis and budget production
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • An inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement
  • Capable of leading change and embedding this culture within the business
