A British Retailer with a brilliant growth story and fabulous culture are looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Commercial Finance Analyst. This position will perform a pivotal role in helping the business achieve it's goal of expanding internationally and across all channels.
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Controller, this role will involve:
- Financial Planning including budgeting, forecasting and preparing the long range strategic plans. - Analyse the monthly results and use this along with wider market considerations to help shape future decisions within departments and the wider company. - Leading the development of department KPIs.- Business Partner with key stakeholders to review new business case proposals and ways to improve efficiency.- Work on ad hoc projects and ensure they are managed and delivered on time.The successful finance analyst will be a newly qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) with consumer experience gained from either Practice or Industry. The ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders and internal customers is essential as is the ability to work quickly and accurately. Strong Excel skills are also required.
