UK Finance Director

Key responsibilities will include leading and developing a sizeable multi location finance community, deputising for the CFO as required and delivering all aspects of financial support in order to grow the UK business, providing visible management across the finance piece including key functions such as business partnering and controllership, actively contributing to the overall transformation of finance and driving business performance.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Finance Director who is likely to have held similar level roles within the professional services sector. Applicants must be experienced in leading and delivering significant business change. Strong, demonstrable people skills are imperative including the ability to restructure and develop multi faceted finance teams. An entrepreneurial mind set and commercial approach would be advantageous albeit the role holder will need to 'hands on' where necessary. Persuasive Board level skills and the ability to forge close working relationships at senior level are essential.
