Finance Manager

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a Derbyshire based leading European Import and Export business to recruit a Finance Manager. You, as the successful candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience, who can work closely with other members of the finance team to produce management and financial accounts, and take ownership of all general accounting duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will be to oversee all aspects of the day to day accounting requirements, helping with the completion of monthly accounts and board packages. Your role will also encompass; budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations, as well as financial planning and reporting.

ESSENTIAL

To be successful in this role you must have previously held a similar role, and have exposure to working with; foreign currency, import/export, and invoice discounting. Experience within the distribution sector is also vital for you in this role.

DESIRABLE

You will be a qualified accountant or with the relevant experience to mark you as QBE, accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, with excellent communication skills so that your ideas can be conveyed concisely.
