Butler Rose is recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing manufacturing business in the Newton Abbot area. This is a crucial role for the business to start ASAP and will involve leading their finance function.
Reporting into the Managing Director you will manage a small team, taking ownership of the financial process and controls as well as tax compliance and timely monthly management reporting. In addition, you will prepare the annual audit pack and annual statutory reporting and manage relationships with suppliers and external advisers.
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) although those who are qualified by experience with relevant experience will also be considered. You will thrive in a fast paced and changing environment and be confident communicating with people at all levels.
