Corporate Finance Executive

Churchill Howard has an outstanding opportunity for a qualified accountant who has trained in a reputable firm to make an exciting career move into Corporate Finance or to build on their corporate finance / transaction services experience gained to date.

You will have the opportunity of working for one of Birmingham's leading and longest established Specialist Corporate Finance teams. Our client is a market leader in supporting both listed and growth orientated entrepreneurial SMEs and independent limited companies to achieve their strategic growth ambitions by providing the strategic advice and institutional funding support for targeted acquisitions or development capital for investment in new projects/products/markets.

From an early stage, you will be given the training, personal scope and responsibility to perform business reviews and assist key stakeholders and business owners to produce robust business plans and projections to support funding applications and growth plans.

The ideal candidate will be a technically capable qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) who can also demonstrate the business acumen and personal confidence to thrive and excel in this highly commercial role - with glowing academics and a solid career platform to date. Career prospects will also be excellent to develop your career in this dynamic professional environment with potential to be promoted within 2 years and then beyond! You may have started your career in external audit for a National Firm but have seconded or moved into a relevant role such as Corporate Finance or Transaction Services and be looking to specialise and develop your experience from this point.
