An international services business within the medical, healthcare and pharmaceutical sector are looking for a Finance Director to join them in Hampshire for a full-time, permanent role following revenue growth and a recent acquisition.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your core duties as Finance Director will include:
- Managing a highly experienced and well-qualified finance and HR team;
- Overseeing quite technical reporting – FRS102;
- R&D Tax Credit and Tax compliance/planning – alongside professional advisors;
- Driving opportunities for revenue and earnings growth in a mature market
Candidates requirements
The business is looking to hire a Finance Director who is:
- An ACA/ ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant;
- An experienced Financial Controller ready for their next move or current Financial Director looking for a bigger opportunity; and
- An ambitious, capable business leader with honed stakeholder-management experience.
Salary and benefits
The successful Finance Director will be offered up to £120,000 per annum plus extensive company benefits.
