My client is looking to hire a Service Charge Accountant on a permanent basis. Based in their offices in Central London this is fantastic role working for a fast-growing property organisation.

Duties will include:

Service charge


*Entering budgets
*Processing journal entries
*Accruals and prepayments
*Updating tenant charge to reflect caps increase
*Ensure tenants apportionments are correct

* Preparing and closing service charges and ensuring adherence to the RICS service charge code
*Charging out balancing service charge

Purchase Ledger
*Posting invoices to the system and ensuring they are paid in a timely manner

Adhoc Duties
*Recharging insurance


In order to be considered candidates should have the following:


-Minimum 2 years' experience within service charge/property Accounting
-Experience within the property industry
-Good Excel skills
-A can-do attitude
-Experience with the system TRAMPS is highly desirable
