Head of Finance

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a globally recognisable brand in their search for a Head of Finance, who will operate as a part of their Shared Service Centre based near Hook.

Managing and leading a well sized team, this position will take ownership of management accounting and reporting, driving efficiency improvements throughout your team. As well as this, you will help implement a ‘best in practice’ model for the SSC and look to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. There will also be a requirement to work closely with other finance teams across the globe, making sure they are well aligned to the accounting model established by the SSC.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with experience of leading and developing a team in a Shared Service environment. You will also have a strong background in ownership of the month end process and feel comfortable operating in a projects-based environment that will need to influence with colleagues internationally.
