SF Recruitment are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join a well established business based in Derby on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part Qualified Accountant to join a global innovative business looking after the UK and International Accounts for the business.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Central Balance Sheet
- Statutory and Central Overheads
- Tangible and Intangible Fixed Assets
- Cashflow
- Intercompany and Business Accounting
- Responsible for bank, loan and interest postings
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Completion and filing of regulated returns; EC Sales, Intrastat and VAT
The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of ACCA/CIMA (or the equivalent), be competent in Excel, have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, good attention to detail and have experience in working within a similar role.
