We are delighted to be assisting our client an AIM listed mixed industrials plc with the confidential appointment of a CFO.
The group operates in various markets so the role would suit an experienced AIM CFO who is sector agnostic and is looking to join an expanding group with a substantially increasing market cap.
The CFO will lead an established finance team and will provide executive support to the CEO , Chairman and Board.
The role will ensure the company is well positioned to take advantage of all M&A opportunities which are presented to it, from sourcing , due diligence, negotiation and integration.
You will be experienced at dealing with investors, maintaining relationships with the City and have the gravitas and enthusiasm required for a position of this level.
