Commercial Finance Manager job in Warrington paying up to £85,000 + package.
Hays have been appointed to work with a large Engineering/Construction business with a divisional and regional structure. This business has seen significant growth across all regions and restructured in order to bring in new talent.
The Commercial Finance Manager will take responsibility for a c£100m turnover region in the North West which has a strong track record of delivery across multiple sectors. As a qualified accountant with several years experience in a similar role you will support the local MD and Project Managers whilst reporting functionally to the Regional Finance Director. There is a centralised, regional finance team and you will work closely this team to ensure integrity of data and manage a team of management accountants remotely.
We are looking for proven Commercial Business Partners who have experience in contract driven environments such as Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management etc. This is not a traditional finance role and we are not looking for traditional Balance Sheet focused Financial Controllers at this stage. Key skills would be Revenue Recognition, Project Accounting, WIP reviews etc.
The successful candidate will join one of the most recognisable businesses in the North West who invest heavily in their employees. A generous base salary of up to £85,000 is available + car allowance + bonus + pension for candidates with close matching skills.
