FRS are currently in the process of recruiting for a Finance Manager for a leading company based in Northampton. Reporting to the Directors, this role will take full responsibility for the company's accounts and provide information and support to the business. Duties will include:
• Preparation and production of Management Accounts
• VAT Returns
• Working closely with department heads
• KPI Analysis
• Cashflow forecasting
• Financial reporting - closing of year end
• Providing support and advice to the accounting team
• EC Sales list
• Monthly and yearly budgets - working alongside the HR Manager to implement these
• Manage small finance team
• Assist with payroll when covering for team absences and overseeing the accounts department The successful candidate will have previous experience covering the following, and ideally a relevant accounting qualification: • Previous experience in leading a finance function
• Excellent communication skills
• Qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA
