A hugely successful business based in Lancashire who specialise in their area of business and are looking to continue the high success and are now looking at new strategies and ventures. With strong profits and ambitious growth plans the business is looking for a Finance Business Partner who can help them on this journey.

Your new role
You will be the Finance Business Partner of a very successful business. Engaging closely with the General Manager and Senior Finance team. you will in a valued senior position in the business. Involved with the delivery of driving change within a growing market. You will be analysing and identifying cost improvement plans. focusing on all areas and producing financial reports including the budgeting and forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. Experience in a Senior Finance position in a Food manufacturing or FMCG environment would be advantageous, working with various stakeholders and the executive board of directors. You will have a passion for continuous improvement and want to work in a fast paced environment where you can actually make a difference. Have superb commercial awareness to add value throughout the business. High level communication skills with strong attention to detail. Experience with systems (sage would be a bonus) and good relationship building skills.
