Senior Accountant/ Manager

Highly ambitious, growing and well established regional firm in South Yorkshire have a newly created opportunity for a Manager to join their existing team.

Reporting directly to Partner level you will enjoy playing a pivotal role in the future success and growth of the multi-site practice.  You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and an opportunity to really add value.  You will have genuine opportunity to progress to partner level over the coming years.

You will be a hands-on qualified Manager with an excellent track record of client delivery.  You will ideally have completed ACCA or ACA and have gained broad experience of accounts preparation, tax and audit (ideally).  You will be someone who will enjoy managing, coaching and developing others and be a confident leader of people.

The small team of partners are looking for an ambitious and driven character with the capability and desire to step up to board level.

They have an extremely diverse mix of clients and are increasingly partnering with larger limited companies. You will be someone with the credibility and gravitas to give confidence to existing and new clients.

This is a broad, interesting and diverse role which and you will have the opportunity to ‘make it your own’ and carve out your own zone of expertise within the firm.

You must have:

• ACCA or ACA (and ideally CTA)
• A strong track record of at least 4 years within practice.
• An ability to lead and develop others.
• A confident approach to managing client requirements and relationships.
• A hunger to progress.
• A professional but down to earth approach ideally.
