Corporate Finance Modeller

We are partnering with a high-growth Clean Energy business based in Yorkshire to recruit an experienced and highly competent Corporate Finance Modeller to help the Group C-Suite and Board realign their long-term strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to partner with the Group CEO and CFO to build/modify several financial models into a sum of all parts consolidated model. This requires someone with strong stakeholder and presentation skills as you will be working at Board-level.

To successfully deliver in the role you will need to:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Previous experience of working within Corporate Finance.
• Have a strong track record of building and consolidating complex financial models.
• Have exceptional Stakeholder Management skills with a proven track record of providing business solutions to senior management.
• Be highly analytical and commercially astute.
• Be proactive and naturally curious.

A little more information about the role:

• Proactively support Senior Management within corporate finance.
• You must be flexible with working remotely, from London, and from Yorkshire.
• Present to management and advise on strategy.
