PQ Practice Accountant

PQ Accountant job based near Ashford £25k-£30k must have recent experience within an accountancy practice

Your new company
An exciting Part-Qualified Accountant job to join a fantastic and outgoing accountancy practice. You will work in the companies modern offices in the Ashford area of Kent which boasts free parking onsite. This accountancy practice offers accounting services to small and medium size businesses across the UK.

Your new role
You will provide all accounting services to your client portfolio. You will be responsible for the preparation of the clients accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and CIS300 returns. You will prepare statutory accounts, preparing trial balances and reconciling entries. You will complete CIS returns, support clients with payroll and training clients on the use of cloud based accountancy software.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous and recent experience working within an accountancy practice completing bookkeeping tasks and managing client portfolios. You will at least part qualified ACCA or ACA with advanced Excel skills. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills being able to coach and advise your clients.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £25k - £30k dependant on experience with additional benefits including 23 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking and discretionary performance related bonus. There may also be study support included.
