Commercial Finance Manager

Our client, a business at the forefront of innovation in its field, is looking to source a bright and enthusiastic Commercial Finance Manager to join its talented team. You will be part of an exciting journey, currently setting many precedents and industry standards.

You'll be working with a range of stakeholders, both finance and non-finance, at a range of level to help support and shape the direction of the business. It's a role in a fast-paced team that is dedicated to providing the best financial support to aid decision making, giving you plenty of wider exposure and access to future roles that will undoubtedly progress your career further.

Main duties include:
* Provide financial management and leadership to engage with stakeholders and embed commercial initiatives to maximise returns
* Project review and adhoc analysis, delivering robust support and challenge where needed
* Business partner with other divisions to generate business cases to support new opportunities across the Group
* Coordinate and lead the budget, corporate planning, forecasting and reporting processes
* Support on financial modelling for the commercial team for strategic opportunities
* Managing and mentoring 1 direct report

Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Advanced Excel and numerical skills, with an aptitude for turning data into analysis and insight
* Proven track record in a commercial role, as well as a strong foundation in financial control
* Excellent communication, ability to influence audiences of varying financial and commercial backgrounds
* Retail or consumer lead industry experience
* Strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
