CFO

A private equity backed, digital e-commerce business requires an experienced board CFO to join their leadership team.

This business is underpinned by digital technology and is a successful, profitable business which has grown both organically and via M&A with further expansion planned.

Working with and partnering an experienced CEO to help drive business performance and growth before an ultimate exit, the CFO will be adept at managing private equity investor relations through direct career experience and success as a CFO within a private equity-backed company.

The private equity firm has already implemented positive changes and investment into the company and will be looking to exit in a relatively short period of time of two years. 

This position will suit a CFO with a background in e-commerce, digital or online, with experience of working in a private equity environment. Previous exit / sale experience is highly desirable.
