Your new role

You'll be primarily responsible for supporting the Group Financial Accountant with the purchase ledger and sales ledger ensuring accurate coding and posting of all purchase and sales invoices. You will also be responsible creditor payments preparing fortnightly creditor payment reports. In addition, you will prepare and distribute monthly debtor statements and carry out multicurrency bank reconciliation this will include weekly posting and reconciliation, ensuring correct allocation of payments and receipts. You will carry out multicurrency petty cash reconciliations, credit card posting and reconciliations, processing cash expenses, supplier statement reconciliations and stock reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential candidates have previous experience of accounts payable and receivable processing including dealing with multicurrency and inter-company transactions. Candidates will ideally be currently or interested in studying towards an accountancy qualification. Candidates will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong track record. It is essential that you have excellent processing skills and attention to detail with the initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure to prioritise and manage your time to meet deadlines.
