Finance Business Partner

An innovative FTSE 250 Support Services business are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for improving the performance of two contracts. You will partner with the wider business and liaise regularly with senior commercial stakeholders. They are looking for a newly qualified candidate with an entrepreneurial vision, this is the perfect chance to move into a business partnering role straight from practice in a FTSE business as well as offering one direct report, so the chance to gain management responsibility.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have:

• ACA qualification from a top 10 accountancy practice
• Must have experience within audit - ideally looking for a newly qualified candidate
• Strong commercial acumen, a strong understanding of the relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Contracts experience is desirable

• Support business leaders by providing commercial and financial decision support by providing insight into business profitability
• Partnering with the wider business both finance and non-finance
• Participating in the future strategy including growth from a financial and commercial perspective
• Responsible for two contracts worth £25ml and £8ml - improve the underlying performance of these contracts to help drive the transformation plans
• Management responsibilities, managing an Assistant Finance Business Partner that is based in India

Package:

£50,000-£60,000 base plus bonus and benefits including a car.
