Audit Manager - Large international firm

An exciting opportunity has presented itself with a prestigious firm of accountants, who have instructed Sharp Consultancy in a search for an Audit Manager to join their talented team in Leeds.

A dynamic role in a firm with a culture of internal development, they will provide you with exposure to some well-known national businesses across a variety of sectors. You will be working closely with the senior management team and partners to deliver high quality audits for clients. You will also take on a mentoring role with more junior members of staff helping and advising them through their studies and supporting their audit work.

Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CA), either ICAEW or ICAS, with a significant amount of recent external audit experience working within a quality professional practice. Our client is ideally looking for someone who is or has operated at this level or is ready to step up to a manager role. Exposure to IFRS and UK GAAP is a pre-requisite. You will be overseeing complex audits for a diverse portfolio clients that vary both in industry and in turnover.
