A diverse SME based in Oxford, Oxfordshire are looking to recruit a Management Accountant/Finance Manager. Reporting to the FD and managing a small team (AR and AP Clerks) the Management Accountant/Finance Manager role is pivotal in taking full responsibility for financial Control and management reporting. Business partnering is key to the success of this role. Key tasks of the Management Accountant/Finance Manager will include production of the monthly management accounts for a small number of companies, including management commentaries and variance analysis and providing meaningful information to aid in decision making. You will also have responsibility for all general ledger accounting & controls ensuring that all balance sheet reconciliations have been performed and reviewed. The ideal Management Accountant/Finance Manager will be a part qualified accountant, SAGELine50 would be desirable and in return you will receive a salary of between £25k-£30k + study support.
