A leading Property organisation require a Finance Manager for their Central London Head Office. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the position has arisen through an internal promotion and recent growth in the business. You will be responsible for a rapidly expanding £40M facilities management business that is likely to grow its revenues in excess of £200M within 3-5 years Key deliverables include:
-Production of the monthly finance reports for key fm contracts.
-Completion of statutory accounts
-Meeting with the key investment clients to present monthly financials
-Managing 1 Junior Accountant
-Acting as finance director with full business partnering responsibilities to the MD and his commercial team
-Various ad hoc projects
The successful person will be ACA qualified with some management accounting experience. You will possess strong communication skills with the ability to effectively business partner the commercial teams. As a pre-requisite, the right candidate will be driven, bright with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
