Job description
This is a truly great opportunity to join an international property advisory firm as the Commercial FC of their retail division. As the number one in finance for this particular division your role will be to seek ways to improve profitability and performance of the business unit. It is a very exciting time for their division as it is the fastest growing division of the business and is therefore very high profile. Reporting to the Group FD, the role will incorporate analysis of sales and variances to establish ways of improving performance. You will also prepare the budget and do the forecasts as well as business planning. You will develop fee forecasting, billing and debt collection reporting to improve accuracy and timeliness on key month end processes as well. To be considered you must have a 2:1 or better from a Red Brick University as well as very good A-Level grades/high school grades. A proven track record in management accounting/business performance improvement within a blue chip business is also a prerequisite.
