Job description
The UK and US Operations Director of this expanding privately owned Industrial service based European organisation wishes to recruit a highly commercial FD to assist him in all the financial and operational activities. You will be assisting with the integration of a newly acquired business and will be responsible for shaping the strategic future of the company. You will be involved in looking at all the process controls, systems and ensuring that the relationships with all the banks, solicitors and auditors are advantageous to the company’s interest. You will provide meaningful management information to all the Commercial Directors of the business and you will be a fully participating member of the operating board. You will be a qualified Accountant with a can do/will do attitude. You will demonstrate that you have achieved implementing significant change within organisations using your own initiative and working autonomously. You will be a completer of projects and have the ability to think commercially outside of the normal financial remit.
