Job description
Due to internal progression a market leading Nottingham based FTSE business is seeking to recruit a 1st class candidate to join the Senior Financial Management team in the role of Commercial Financial Controller. Candidates are required to be fully qualified Accountants (ACA or ACMA) and will play a pivotal role in the continuous development of financial leadership & business partnering to operational stakeholders. You will lead the strategic direction of a successful business unit with overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting & revenue management and will develop financial analysis & reporting to aid Directors in strategic decision-making. You will act as a Business Partner to the Divisional MD and will interpret complex financial information and present in a manner that is meaningful to non-financial stakeholders. The successful candidate will show potential to progress into a Director level role, previous strategic/commercial projects experience and be able to educate & influence challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced tough environment.
