Job description

Morgan Hunt, working in partnership with a large Financial Services client, is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial awareness, financial reporting and integrity of the management accounts and to actively contribute to key business decisions by working in partnership with stakeholders by providing analysis, support and advice. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager: support process improvements in the business; preparing P&L variance analysis and commentary for areas if responsibility; supporting cost benefit analysis and the preparation of project business cases; identify and understand cost trends and their drivers; lead budget and forecast setting process; analysis and modelling of complex business issues and scenarios. Requirements: fully qualified with CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications or equivalent; practical, logical and well organised; excellent communication skills and enjoy working with heads of department; strong presentation skills; ability to build rapport; driven and hardworking.
