Job description
Our client, a UK based Retail Financial Services organisation has requirement for an experienced Finance Director. Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director and other Board members, the role is very varied and involves developing strategy and implementing strategic change. This will include coordinating three business critical programmes to include, working on developing new target operating models. You will also lead detailed design activity, coordinate challenge sessions and chair project steering groups. You will be expected to get involved in a substantial amount of stakeholder relation activity as well reporting and offering insight on the current performance and identified business trends. The ideal candidate must be a previous track record in a similar role within Financial Services.
