Job description
Our client is a privately owned Marketing Services Company and the market leader in its niche market. The company has enjoyed strong growth in all its core markets with revenues set to surpass £30m in 2012. This exponential growth now necessitates the need to appoint a Finance Director. The key responsibilities will include: ownership of the Management and Financial Reporting function; control of the budgeting, forecasting and cost control to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the financial information. The role will require significant interface with the business and candidates must be able to demonstrate significant operational and commercial awareness and the ability to work with people of a non-financial persuasion helping them fulfil the financial dimensions of their roles. You will take responsibility for all company secretarial and legal duties ensuring statutory compliance across the board. As a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) you will have a track record of excelling in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and innovative environment. Reporting directly to CEO you will demonstrate the passion and drive to continue the company’s fast track growth.
