Overall Job Purpose
- To provide accounting, forecasting & performance management support for the product set.
- To own the team outputs for the area and drive continual improvement in optimising accuracy and speed, whilst becoming a subject matter expert in the area.
Key Accountabilities
- Reporting & Analysis - provide accurate, consistent financial information; provision of decision quality analysis; ownership for outputs for the area.
- Coaching – delegation to and coaching of more junior colleagues.
- Driving business performance – working with the Finance Partner, Commercial FD and Sales teams to identify and drive delivery of profit.
- Driving change – drive process improvements to allow greater automation and improved quality of value add analysis.
- Budget, forecasting & 5YP – support the business in the production of the 5YP, forecasts and budgets.
- Control & Governance – maintain appropriate control and governance over the financial results; maintain integrity of results for business performance purposes.

- Director of Product and Product Managers.
Technical Competencies (Skills & Experience)
Experience
- Demonstrable experience of colleagues.
- Experience of working in a cash constrained environment.
- Experience of using metrics to drive productivity and quality improvements.
- Demonstrable reporting and consolidation experience.
- Telecom technology and a detailed understand of how our products make money.
- Knowledge of B2B Telecommunications sector, accounting methodologies and key metrics.
