Due to organic growth, a Finance Manager position has arisen at a market leading services based firm based in central London. Working within one of their most prestigious business units, they are now looking for an impressive Finance Manager to drive continuous improvement, to impact performance and increase competitive advantage. This is a commercial, client facing and business critical role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to propel their career forward in an internationally respected business. As part of this Finance Manager role you will have the key responsibility for the following: oversight and ownership for the completion of month end processes; forecast through analysis any areas of potential financial weakness; provide financial leadership and direction of this Business unit; liaising with non-finance departments with regards to financial issues; ensure that accurate and timely financial information is provided to all members of the Management team. In order to apply for this Finance Manager role it is essential that you have the following: qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA); evidence of direct responsibility for cost reduction/margin enhancement; proven experience of enhancing internal processes and internal reporting/forecasting; proven experience within a high transactional volume, low margin environment; ability to manage and influence throughout the departmental structure and beyond; strong communication skills partnering across the business effectively and build relationships across the business.
