Job description
Our client, a major extractive business with some of the leading contracts across the globe, seeks an ambitious Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will provide analysis of the results both of their business and of the group. Reporting in to the Head of Performance Reporting/Head of Financial Planning, they will prepare the monthly group management report and updated forecasts, including reviewing risks, for the executive board. Annually, they will prepare a business plan for the group. Crucially, the role will demand the ongoing supply of management information and analysis, liaising with key contacts and building relationships to ensure trends, anomalies and policy changes are factored in. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant from a prestigious practice, ideally with a degree from a good university.
